Yoko Takahashi: EVANGELION Nocturne — Taipei
Yoko Takahashi sang A Cruel Angel’s Thesis, the 1995 opening theme of Neon Genesis EVANGELION. Her new tour, EVANGELION Live Tour 2026 -Nocturne-, starts in Taipei before Singapore, Hong Kong and Seoul, ending at home in Tokyo. The Taipei show is on Saturday 24 October 2026 at 6pm at Legacy TERA in Nangang, with entry in ticket-number order. General tickets are TWD 2,280 with a Taipei-only postcard; VIP tickets have sold out.
A Cruel Angel’s Thesis, the 1995 opening theme of Neon Genesis EVANGELION, has earned multiple gold and platinum certifications.
She also sang Soul’s Refrain, the theme of the film Death and Rebirth, and an acid-bossa Fly Me to the Moon.
Taipei is the first stop of the Nocturne tour, which then moves to Singapore, Hong Kong and Seoul before ending in Tokyo, nearly six months in all.
The Taipei show at Legacy TERA is standing, entered by ticket number, with no rows of seats between the audience and the stage.
VIP tickets have sold out; only general tickets remain.
