All listed event information is free to browse, with no paid membership required. An event itself may require a ticket, reservation or eligibility. We only mark admission as free when verified; an unknown price is never treated as zero.
Information you can trace
We prioritise organisers, venues and official ticket sellers. Event pages include sources, verification dates and unresolved details so you can check before booking. Photos are labelled as past-edition photographs, official promotional material or illustrative imagery.
Save and contribute
Sign in to save events or submit a suggestion. We retain your saved events, submissions and review status. Contact details remain private, and submissions are not automatically forwarded to organisers. Events are listed after review; you can check progress on the submission page. Automatic email notifications are not currently sent.
Using event information
GoWoah helps you discover events and does not sell event tickets. Dates use the venue’s local time. Prices, entry requirements, availability and changes are determined by the organiser or authorised ticket seller. Past-edition photos and programmes are references, not promises about the current edition. Records may lag behind cancellations, postponements or sell-outs. Check the official source before travelling; GoWoah does not handle refunds on behalf of organisers.
Your contributions
Share accurate information and content you own or have permission to upload. Do not include ticket barcodes, private contact details, identifiable people without necessary permission, spam or unlawful content. Content may be reviewed, hidden or removed; repeated abuse may lead to account restrictions.
Image-use permission
You retain copyright in your images. When you accept these rules and upload an image, you grant GoWoah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, distribute, crop, resize, compress and otherwise technically adapt it for GoWoah’s website, event guides, recommendations and promotion of those services. GoWoah may exercise these rights without separately notifying you or seeking approval for each use, and may allow its hosting and delivery providers to process the image for those purposes. This permission does not authorise unrelated resale or imply your endorsement of a third party.
Scope and removal
You must hold the rights needed to grant this permission; uploading another person’s image does not create rights you do not have. Existing attribution and licence requirements remain applicable. This version applies to uploads made after acceptance, not retrospectively to older uploads. You can request removal or report an image through the image-report link or the correction form. Reported images are hidden while reviewed. After a valid withdrawal request, GoWoah stops new uses and removes copies it controls within a reasonable period; caches, backups and previously distributed material may take longer to clear. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Photo points
Use the seat-view entrance for seat photos and the event-gallery entrance for event photos. Your original photos submitted through these entrances earn GoWoah points once accepted: 10 points for a seat-view photo; 20, 50, 100, 200 or 300 points for an event photo, based on clarity, composition, event relevance and distinctiveness. The result is shown per photo in My photos & points. Uploading does not guarantee acceptance or points. Duplicates, third-party images and administrator uploads earn no points; a photo earns points only once. Photos uploaded before these entrances opened are not automatically enrolled. Points will be redeemable for event merch, light sticks and more; the items, points needed and rules will be published when redemption opens. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. From 24 October 2026, photo rewards are points instead of cash; photos still under review on that date earn points when accepted. Points are a contribution incentive, not a transfer of copyright, and the image-use permission above still applies.
Privacy and participation
Account contact details are not made public. Live activity shows your chosen section, not your exact seat. Row and seat details are shared only after the event ends and you choose to publish them with a review. Photo uploads are compressed and location metadata is removed.
