5 Seconds of Summer — Adelaide
Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer formed in Sydney in 2011, and their sixth studio album, Everyone’s a Star!, came out in November 2025; the band calls it their most ambitious era yet. The South Australian date of the Australian run is 8pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena, with Cub Sport opening. Standing is on the arena floor two levels below ground, with reserved seats above. Tickets are on Ticketek, which lists no prices and says they may rise or fall at any time.
Four Sydney teenagers started out posting covers on YouTube in 2011 and broke through opening One Direction’s tour; She Looks So Perfect topped the charts in four countries in 2014.
They became the first band (not vocal group) whose first three studio albums all debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200, and Youngblood had the second-longest run at No. 1 in Australian chart history.
Their sixth studio album, from November 2025, is what the band calls their most ambitious era yet, a deliberate return to heavier rock, with the singles Not OK, Boyband and Telephone Busy.
They wanted to extend the tongue-in-cheek tone of their debut and lean further into irony and satire, with visuals drawn from Y2K and 2000s fashion.
