The tenth festival, starting from negatives no one has seen.

10th Singapore International Photography Festival

The Singapore International Photography Festival reaches its tenth edition from 16 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, organised by DECK under the theme “In My End Is My Beginning”. The hub is Shop—House by DECK on Lorong 24 Geylang, with further venues including Levels 2 and 3 of SingPost Geylang. A centrepiece is filmmaker Tan Pin Pin’s Singapore Index: from nearly 2,800 black-and-white negatives of 1991–92 she has drawn weddings, funerals, religious gatherings and reunions, most seen in public for the first time in over thirty years. Shifting Images presents 40 Singapore photographic artists from 2000 to 2025.
