One sleepless night as Toronto’s street corners, Old City Hall and a parking garage turn into galleries.
Nuit Blanche Toronto 2026
Toronto’s Nuit Blanche reaches its 20th edition with the theme Tomorrow’s Memories. From 7pm on 3 October to 7am the next morning, more than seventy works are spread across the city, all free: some at corners you pass every day, some tucked into Old City Hall and an underground garage. No need to stay up all night; three or four hours in one area is plenty.

Before you decide
UFO uses haze and flashing light, and On Flashing Lights has strobes, haze and loud sound; if these affect you, choose other projects.
Some works stay up afterwards, but the full all-night programme is one night only.
The photo is from 2012 and the audience quote from 2008; neither shows this year’s works.
