February in Cape Town, to see African contemporary art as it is now.
Investec Cape Town Art Fair
Investec Cape Town Art Fair 2027 is the 14th edition, from 19 to 21 February at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), with a vernissage on the evening of the 18th. Its curatorial concept, In Acts of Alchemy, is about transformation between material, artist and viewer. There are three core sections (Main, Lookout and Editions) and three curated ones (Tomorrows/Today, SOLO and Generations). Exhibitors are selected in October (checked 2 October); the 13th edition in 2026 had 126 exhibitors and more than 490 artists, and the works below are 2026 examples.
