A day of galleries under the Grand Palais glass roof, and a street of sculpture outside.
Art Basel Paris
Art Basel Paris returns to the Grand Palais for its fifth edition with 211 galleries, open to the public on 23–25 October. Inside, it runs from modern masters to work finished this year: Hauser & Wirth brings Louise Bourgeois, White Cube Tracey Emin, and there are photographs by the Nobel laureate Annie Ernaux. Premise brings overlooked names back into view, and Emergence gives 16 young galleries solo booths. Outside, Avenue Winston-Churchill and several squares and gardens host free public art.
