Sziget Festival
Sziget 2027 runs from 10 to 14 August on Óbuda Island in the Danube in Budapest; the line-up is not yet out, but five-day passes are on sale. It suits people who want bands and electronic music in one trip: plan each evening around one full main-stage set, then decide whether to give the night to the dance floor. In 2026 the main stage had Twenty One Pilots, and the Colosseum, built from 4,400 wooden pallets, ran techno all night.

Use it to judge whether you like emotional rock, rap rhythm and a huge singalong together; it does not mean they return in 2027.
In 2026 the Colosseum was a nine-metre, 360-degree stage built from 4,400 wooden pallets, with the crowd dancing in the middle until dawn.
That year’s names included Anetha, ANNA, Dixon and Richie Hawtin, with people and timber on every side.
