This time, the anime show comes to Osaka.

AnimeJapan 2027 (Osaka)

AnimeJapan calls itself one of the world’s largest anime events, gathering studio booths, merchandise, voice-actor events, live music, talk shows and cosplay. In 2027 it leaves Tokyo for the first time for INTEX Osaka: the public days are 27 and 28 March in Halls 2–6AB, with trade-only business days on the 26th and 27th. Tickets and the stage line-up are not yet announced.

The AJ Stage runs as four stages, Red, Green, Blue and White, with voice-actor events, live music and talk shows taking turns across them.

Student films win on stage

The New Creator Award picks short animations of 1 to 15 minutes by students in Japan and presents the prizes on a stage at the show, with JPY 1 million for the grand prize.
