When it began in 2008 it was the first night race in Formula 1 history; the cars race under floodlights with Marina Bay’s towers lit up beside the track.

Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2027
The Singapore Grand Prix, first held in 2008, was Formula 1’s first night race: the circuit runs on city streets around Marina Bay, taking the cars under floodlights past the Padang and the Esplanade and round to the foot of the Singapore Flyer. In 2027 it is round 18, from 8 to 10 October, with the race on the evening of Sunday 10 October. Super Early Bird tickets have sold out; Early Bird tickets go on sale on 19 October.

Venue & travel
Marina Bay Street CircuitThe circuit uses city streets around Marina Bay, with gates in several places; nearby MRT stations include City Hall, Esplanade, Promenade, Nicoll Highway, Bayfront and Raffles Place, so pick the one closest to the gate on your ticket.
Entry & companions
Each ticket gives access to particular zones of the circuit park (Zones 1 to 4), so check what yours covers before buying. Super Early Bird grandstand tickets were all three-day passes and have sold out; Early Bird tickets go on sale on 19 October. Entry rules for 2027 follow the official ticketing terms.
