Before you decide
The drone show and the 19 demo rooms were 2026 arrangements; the 2027 exhibitor list, speakers and listening rooms are not yet announced.
The three vertical-market summits (Control Rooms, Cybersecurity, Digital Signage) and the CEDIA Smart Home Technology Conference are ticketed separately, and the All-Conference Pass covers them all; the roughly 30 hours of Megatrends sessions are in CC5, and the free content is on the CC4 upper walkway and on show-floor stages.
In 2026 there was an application for free conference tickets: up to two choices each, limited places, with winners told the day before the show; follow the official site for how 2027 works.
The ticket is EUR 275 up to 2 February and EUR 300 after, valid for all four days; visitor eligibility follows the official registration rules, so confirm it before you travel.
There are six free cloakrooms, and suitcases can be stored too.
Listening rooms still differ in their conditions, so judge what you hear against your own space.
Booths are on the official online floor plan, and the exhibitor list is being added.
EdTech and Spark are not at the main Gran Via site but at Montjuïc Hall 8, about 15 minutes by shuttle.
