Chinese Historical Drama Fan Meeting: Encounters Across Time, Late Autumn 2026 — Tokyo
This Japan–China cultural exchange fan meeting built around Chinese historical dramas holds its third edition at HULIC HALL TOKYO in Yurakucho on Friday 13 November, with actors Yu Bin, Zhu Zanjin, Wang Yizhou and Wu Hai appearing in historical costume. There are two parts, starting at 12:45pm and 6pm, with different costumes planned for each; each fan meeting runs about 90 minutes with group stages, talk and games, solo spots and a programme on traditional Chinese culture. Signing sessions, instant-photo and phone-photo sessions follow, on separate tickets.
Three of the four, Yu Bin, Zhu Zanjin and Wang Yizhou, were in The Untamed, as Wen Ning, Jin Guangyao and Nie Mingjue.
Zhu also appears this year in Zhu Yu (as Song Yan), which the organiser says passed three billion views in China and reached Netflix Japan’s top ten; Wang is in the drama version of Chang’an Lychee, and Wu Hai stood out for his dancing on Chuang 2021.
Each part has different costumes and runs about 90 minutes: group stages, talk and games with all four, solo stages and a segment on Chinese traditional culture.
Each part also has a set photo time to capture the costumes from your seat. This is the third edition of the Japan–China exchange project, which began in summer 2024.
After the show come the meet sessions: at the signing all four sign a message card, and you can hand your letters and gifts to them directly.
You can also pick one actor for a signed instant two-shot or a photo on your own phone, meeting the actors behind characters you know from the screen.

Asia/TokyoHULIC HALL TOKYO is on the 11th floor of Yurakucho Mullion, 2-5-1 Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (Hankyu Men’s Tokyo side).
Tickets are needed from age 6; under-6s cannot enter. Benefit sessions require a ticket for the same part. Each part has a designated photo time, from your own seat by phone or camera; the organiser asks that actor photos are not posted on social media or blogs. No interpreter on site.
